Key Responsibilities

Review and interpret electrical drawings, blueprints, and project specifications.

Perform accurate quantity takeoffs for electrical materials, components, and labor.

Collaborate with estimators and project managers to support cost estimates and bid packages.

Use digital takeoff software and tools to prepare detailed takeoff reports and Bills of Materials (BOMs).

Maintain organized documentation and ensure compliance with industry standards, codes, and project requirements.

Support continuous improvement of estimating processes and internal tools.
Qualifications

Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (Required).

Minimum 2 years of experience in electrical estimating, quantity takeoffs, or commercial construction engineering.

Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Required Equipment:

Desktop or laptop with Intel i3 6th Gen or higher, AMD equivalent, or Mac equivalent.
