WeGrow VA LLC is seeking an experienced Healthcare Credentialing Specialist who has direct experience working for a US company or healthcare staffing agency. In this critical role, you will lead end-to-end provider verification, primary source compliance, and health documentation for physicians.
Please note: This position requires direct experience in physician credentialing within a locum tenens or healthcare staffing environment. Candidates with experience limited strictly to provider enrollment will not qualify.
Salary and Benefits:

Base Rate: $4.50 USD per hour (Approximately ₱40,000 – ₱42,000 per month based on exchange rates)

Key Responsibilities:

Physician Verification: Verify medical licenses, board certifications, education, post-graduate training, and comprehensive work histories.

Primary Source Verification: Perform and document rigorous primary source verification in accordance with US healthcare compliance standards.

Health & Screening Coordination: Manage and track employee health requirements, including drug screenings, immunizations, and annual medical clearances.

Compliance & Records: Maintain accurate, up-to-date credentialing databases and audit trails to guarantee total regulatory compliance.
Strict Requirements:

Direct Credentialing Experience: Minimum 1 year of direct experience as a Medical Credentialist (Strictly Required).

Healthcare Industry Context: Proven track record working specifically for a locum tenens firm or US healthcare staffing agency credentialing physicians.

US Standards Expertise: Deep familiarity with US physician credentialing standards, state licensing boards, and healthcare regulations.

Exclusions: Experience restricted only to provider enrollment, medical billing, or entry-level administrative tasks does not satisfy the requirements for this role.
