Salary and Benefits:

  • Base Pay: From ₱42,000.00 per month (Base rate of $4.50/hour)

  • Uncapped Commissions: Earn extra for every qualified appointment scheduled

  • 100% Permanent Work from Home / Remote setup

Schedule:

  • US MST or PST Business Hours (Night shift in the Philippines)

  • Monday to Friday (Full-time VA)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a high volume of outreach by making approximately 300 outbound cold calls per day.

  • Generate, pitch, and qualify prospective residential solar leads.

  • Successfully schedule concrete appointments and consultations for the senior sales team.

  • Maintain precise, up-to-date documentation and prospect profiles within our CRM platform.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Communication: Exceptional English communication skills with a confident, persuasive phone presence.

  • Experience: Previous cold calling, telemarketing, or outbound inside sales experience is highly preferred.

  • Mindset: High resilience, a positive attitude toward handling objections, and a results-driven work ethic.

  • Availability: Must be fully available to work designated US night-shift hours.

  • A reliable, high-speed internet connection (with backup power/internet options preferred).

  • A professional, noise-canceling headset.

  • A quiet, distraction-free dedicated home office workspace.
