You’ll work closely with Project Managers and cross-functional teams to coordinate timelines, documentation, and communication — keeping everything organized and running smoothly behind the scenes.

Key Responsibilities
- Support Project Managers in daily operations, including scheduling, document control, and communication tracking.
- Assist in the coordination of project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation such as contracts, purchase orders, change orders, and progress reports.
- Communicate with internal departments (design, permitting, interconnection, installation, accounting) to ensure smooth workflow and information sharing.
- Monitor project progress and update tracking systems to reflect current status.
- Assist with scheduling site visits, inspections, and meetings.
- Collect, organize, and distribute project-related documents to stakeholders.
- Help identify and resolve potential delays or bottlenecks by escalating issues to Project Managers.
- Support budget tracking, invoicing, and procurement coordination as needed.
- Maintain accurate digital records and ensure data integrity in project management software.
- Contribute to the development and improvement of internal project management processes and templates.
