Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract high-quality candidates.

Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and meet hiring goals.

Screen applicants, coordinate schedules, and conduct interviews.

Provide an excellent candidate experience, from first touch to onboarding.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
