Position Summary

The Schedule Coordinator is responsible for organizing, managing, and maintaining project schedules to ensure smooth operations and timely project completion. This position serves as a key communication hub between departments, field teams, and clients—balancing multiple priorities and coordinating the flow of information to keep all stakeholders aligned. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create, update, and manage project schedules for installations, inspections, and service appointments.
  • Coordinate with internal departments including design, permitting, interconnection, procurement, and project management to align timelines.
  • Schedule field crews, subcontractors, and inspections based on project readiness and resource availability.
  • Communicate scheduling updates, delays, and changes to all relevant parties promptly.
  • Track project progress and adjust schedules as necessary to accommodate shifting priorities or unforeseen issues.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in scheduling software and project management systems.
  • Ensure that project milestones and deadlines are met by proactively identifying and resolving potential scheduling conflicts.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal scheduling inquiries and field coordination.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly scheduling reports for management review.
  • Collaborate with warehouse, logistics, and procurement teams to confirm material availability before scheduling installations.
  • Support project closeout activities by confirming completion milestones and updating tracking systems.

$4.5 an hour

US Morning Shift (Mondays to Fridays)

Pay: Php36,000.00 – Php40,000.00 per month
