▪️ Basic understanding of CISCO switches, firewalls, and wireless access points.
▪️ Experience with PowerShell scripting and network troubleshooting.
▪️ Knowledge of Microsoft Server technologies and Office 365 administration.
▪️ Strong communication and teamwork skills.
➡️ EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
▪️ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field preferred.
▪️ Previous technical support or network administration experience beneficial.
