➡️ QUALIFICATIONS:
▪️ Bachelor’s degree in HR, Nursing or related field.
▪️ Previous healthcare recruitment experience is a plus.
▪️ Strong organizational and communication skills.
▪️ Proficiency in MS Office and database management.
➡️ RESPONSIBILITIES:
▪️ Match qualified nurses and healthcare candidates with open positions.
▪️ Verify candidate documents for authenticity and completeness.
▪️ Guide candidates through immigration and onboarding processes.
▪️ Liaise between candidates, clients, and the company to address concerns.
▪️ Ensure candidates receive necessary orientation and preparation.
▪️ Assist in recruitment-related activities and events.
▪️ Maintain accurate data in company repositories.
▪️ Identify and implement procedures to improve recruitment quality and efficiency.
▪️ Collaborate with the recruitment team on related tasks.
