Responsibilities:
- Source, screen, and interview qualified medical professionals (e.g., nurses, physicians, allied health professionals) using various platforms and networks.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of candidates for current and future needs.
- Collaborate with healthcare organizations to understand their staffing requirements and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
- Post job openings on job boards, social media, and other recruitment platforms.
- Conduct initial interviews to assess candidates’ qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
- Facilitate the hiring process, including reference checks, credential verifications, and employment offers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates to foster trust and loyalty.
- Stay updated on healthcare industry trends, licensing requirements, and recruitment best practices.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in the medical or healthcare industry.
- Familiarity with healthcare roles, certifications, and licensing processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a remote setting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Healthcare Administration, or a related field is preferred but not required.
