We are seeking a proactive and organized Virtual Assistant (VA) to join our team and manage project coordination and administrative tasks. The VA will play a critical role in streamlining workflows, overseeing projects, delegating tasks, and ensuring timely delivery. The ideal candidate should have an IT background, experience in technical support, and exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple priorities effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
o Receive project details and tasks from the Project Manager.
o Organize and input all project tasks into Asana and ticket system.
o Delegate assignments to the Project Management team. Oversee project progress, including technician site visits and incomplete tasks, to ensure timely completion.
o Conduct daily meetings with project technicians to discuss project status, next steps, and challenges.
o Monitor ongoing projects to identify and resolve any roadblocks.
o Manage client emails promptly and professionally. Respond to queries, share project updates, and escalate issues when needed.
o Documentation management
o Manage and oversee project tickets to ensure they are addressed and resolved promptly.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of technical support experience is required.
- Experience with Cisco technologies is a plus but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with Asana or similar project management tools.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Ability to proactively identify problems and provide solutions.
Work Schedule:
- Probationary Period (1 Month): 20 hours per week.
- Post-Probation: Hours will increase to 30-40 hours per week based on performance.
