Salary and Benefits:

Monthly Pay: ₱39,000.00 – ₱40,000.00 per month (Base rate equivalent to $4.50/hour)

Schedule:

US Morning Shift (Monday to Friday)

Full-time commitment (Must stay active and on camera in a virtual hangout environment during the shift)
Key Responsibilities:

Proactively source, headhunt, and screen qualified candidates across multiple online platforms and databases.

Schedule, coordinate, and facilitate seamless interview pipelines for applicants.

Partner closely with hiring managers to align on staffing requirements and meet key hiring goals.

Deliver an exceptional, positive, and professional candidate experience from sourcing to offer stage.
Required Qualifications & Skills:

Experience: At least 2 years of proven recruiting or talent acquisition experience (Required).

Communication: Strong English communication skills with high confidence in conducting phone and video interviews.

Attributes: Highly organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.

Technical Setup: A reliable, high-speed internet connection alongside a dedicated computer/laptop with a working web camera.
