About the Role:

WeGrow VA LLC is seeking two detail-oriented and analytical Remote Payroll Assistants to join our growing finance team. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for ensuring flawless and timely payroll operations using ADP Workforce.

Salary and Benefits:

  • Monthly Pay: From ₱42,000.00 per month (Base rate equivalent to $4.50/hour)

  • 100% Permanent Work from Home / Remote setup

Schedule:

  • US EST Time Zone (Night shift in the Philippines)

  • Monday to Friday

  • Full-time VA

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process end-to-end payroll accurately and on time utilizing the ADP Workforce platform.

  • Review timesheets, payroll records, and employee data to ensure absolute accuracy before processing.

  • Generate, review, and audit payroll reporting and administrative tasks as required.

  • Investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies while efficiently assisting with payroll-related inquiries.

  • Maintain strict confidentiality regarding sensitive employee, financial, and payroll information.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Software Expertise: Minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience using ADP Workforce software (Strictly Required).

  • Analytical Skills: Strong numerical, mathematical, and data analysis capabilities.

  • Attention to Detail: Exceptional precision and accuracy when handling data entry and financial records.

  • Organization: Superior time-management and organizational skills to meet strict processing deadlines.

  • Communication: Strong English communication skills (written and verbal) for internal collaboration and inquiry resolution.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in healthcare staffing or healthcare workforce payroll management is a major plus.
